You can pay your assessment in several ways:
1) Send your payments to the Columbia lockbox at Post Office Box 912, Columbia, SC 29202
2) Go online to www.cmgcharleston.com and select “online payments”, you will need your account number which is noted on your coupon for this option if you have not already setup your account
3) Download the form from our website and set up ACH for automatic draft of your assessments.
Please note that any payments received at the office on Folly Road will be mailed to the lock box for processing. Any payments received that are made payable to CMG and not the Association will be returned to the homeowner. Both of these circumstances may delay posting of your payment resulting in unnecessary late fees.
